A Day in the Life at Inspiro Tequila
Working remotely for Inspiro Tequila means every day is different, but my mornings always start the same. I begin with checking how our Meta ads are performing. I review key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates to ensure everything is running as expected. If an ad is not performing well, I analyze possible reasons and make necessary adjustments, whether that means refining the audience targeting, adjusting the budget, or tweaking the ad creative. If I have new ads to launch, I put together a few different copy options, making sure they align with Inspiro’s brand identity and what has worked well in the past. This part of the day is all about making sure our paid media efforts are on track and that we are reaching the right audience effectively.
By mid-morning, I have two Zoom calls. The first is with my supervisor, where I present the ads I have created and go over how our current campaigns are performing. I provide insights on what is working and where we have opportunities to improve, suggesting adjustments based on engagement trends and performance data. Once we finalize any changes, we launch the new ads. Right after that, I join a social media strategy call with our creative agency. We go over the content scheduled for the upcoming week, discuss what is being posted, and brainstorm ideas for the next few weeks. At the end of the meeting, I present my own social media post concepts, focusing on ideas that will connect with our audience while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
After these meetings, I focus on boosting posts to ensure our most important content reaches the right audience. I decide which posts to boost based on performance data, looking at engagement rates and how well the content is resonating. This step is important for maximizing visibility and making sure our content continues to reach the right people beyond our organic audience. Then I move on to any remaining tasks, which range from building new audience segments in Meta, writing reports, or creating content. My favorite days are when I work on reports because I like combining my analytical skills with creativity, using data to improve our strategy while still keeping a creative approach to marketing. The reports typically cover ad performance based on each city, but sometimes I create reports for how our social media posts are performing.
I usually end my day by engaging with our social media audience. I respond to comments, interact with followers, and check Sprout Social to monitor how our posts are performing. Seeing how people engage with our content helps inform future marketing decisions and keeps our strategy evolving. Working in digital marketing at Inspiro is a mix of strategy, creativity, and analysis. Every day is different, but each task contributes to strengthening the brand and making sure we are reaching the right people in the right way.
